Not To Be Trusted!!!! Please don't do it
Hello and to whom this may concern I advise you not to do business with this company. As a single mother it is very difficult to handle managing everything on your own and especially with calculating your expenses and seeing that you have payed nearly $400 for electricity service.
I am to the point where I have to decide to buy food or pay my lights and guess what no electricity means NO FOOD. No where to store it. I am mostly upset because I trusted this company, this was the biggest mistake I ever made. Just this week alone I spent over $150 to keep my lights on.
This is not a fake review. The last time I mentioned I wanted to switch my service I noticed that I was suddenly asked to pay an additional $100 after just paying almost $130 "reconnect". The info you read online is F....A....K.....E.......
THERE IS NO FREE NIGHTS, NO FREE WEEKENDS, there is actually a "FREE ENERGY USAGE PORTION" that they send you in your daily notifications, if you go above it you PAY!!!
YOU WILL HAVE NO CHANCE AT PEACE WITH THIS COMPANY. Imagine having a newborn baby and sitting in the dark....

Lies all lies
They tell you your on a recorded line but when you ask them to replay it they can't. Just moved in needed temporary service just for the weekend.
So they say the weekends is free. They forgot to turn me on and I had went out and got groceries then call back to find out the order was not put in yet after 3 hours then was told I needed to wait 4 more hours and then I was offered a $5 credit for my inconvenience do you think I would go out and buy $5 worth of groceries for my meat to spoil for $5 credits. FYI Saturday and Sunday was not free they charged and called it taxed. So unprofessional I will not tell you what to do but I will not use this service anymore personally myself.
Spoke to a manager to get an understanding because all the sales reps were telling different stories and then he told his own little story. Not true but fine I've already found a better company to deal with and I will not mess with them prepaid companies ever again.
Shut this place down ASAP

I’m a new customer with Acacia and they close so early during the week to its crazy . I’ve made a payment and would you believe that my services are still not on and I could see if I didn’t pay or was made to be on hold forever and still no service smh.
I thought this was an awesome company at least it started that way . Now after making the payment I wonder how long I will have to sit in the dark without power but they’ve received my payment and was quick to give me a confirmation number.
I want my power back on . I will be calling channel 5 news about this Servive I’m currently receiving from this company.

Terrible now
At first the service was great, but now it's beyond terrible. Twice this week I've been hit with charges close to 20 buck each due to a system error not charging me correctly.
It's like I literally have to pay every other day, and nothing has changed with my usage. And for the most part customer service is a joke now.

The company quotes low price then charges an average usage per month daily. They round bill up.
I tested by turning everything off and using space heat 1st day dropped electricity usage from 46.58 to 38.61 2nd day zero heat dropped usage to 18.319kwh. My daily price for electric stay the same ZERO DROP. Scam!
